Recordings and published content
Where you engage us to produce a podcast or video, the resulting content is intended for publication. We agree the scope of that publication with you before recording. If you or a guest want material removed after publication, contact us and we will work through what can be done with the platforms involved.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our customer relationship platform, email delivery, analytics, hosting and publishing platforms including YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. Some of these providers store data overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle information appropriately.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources and actions such as successful enquiries and booking-link clicks. We use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors interact with our pages. These services may use cookies and collect technical information about your browser, device and visit.
Enquiry fields are masked in Clarity, and we do not send your enquiry answers, name, email address or phone number as analytics event parameters. Information you submit through an enquiry form is sent separately to our customer relationship platform so we can respond to you.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. For more information, see Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.
Keeping information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
